We celebrate diversity, kindness, curiosity, and conscious connection, and we expect all participants to contribute to a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Expected Behaviour
All participants are expected to:
- Treat others with respect, dignity, and consideration
- Communicate openly and thoughtfully, even where opinions differ
- Respect personal boundaries, consent, and differences
- Follow instructions from festival staff and volunteers
- Comply with local laws and venue regulations
Unacceptable Behaviour
The following behaviour will not be tolerated:
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
(including but not limited to race, gender, sexuality, disability, age, religion, or belief) - * Unwanted physical contact or intrusive behaviour
- Disruptive, aggressive, or abusive language or actions
- Disrespect toward speakers, facilitators, volunteers, or attendees
- Misuse of alcohol, substances, or unsafe behaviour that impacts others
Health, Safety & Wellbeing
- Participation in workshops, movement sessions, and treatments is voluntary and at your own discretion.
- Please inform facilitators of any relevant health conditions where appropriate.
- Listen to your body and respect your own limits.
- If you feel unwell or unsafe, please speak to a member of the festival team immediately.
Consequences
Festival organisers reserve the right to:
- Ask anyone engaging in unacceptable behaviour to stop immediately
- Remove individuals from the event without refund if behaviour continues
- Take further action if required to protect the wellbeing of others
