How to get involved
The Wallingford Wellbeing Festival is built on collaboration. Whether you’re a business, organisation, practitioner or local resident, there are many ways to be part of shaping something meaningful for our community.
We’re creating something ambitious, inclusive and community-rooted, and that means there are different ways to be involved, depending on how you’re best placed to contribute.
If you’re curious, inspired or simply feel drawn to be involved, we’d love to hear from you.
Partner & Sponsor the Festival
The Wallingford Wellbeing Festival is delivered in partnership with a small number of strategically aligned organisations who choose to invest in its long-term impact. Our core partners play a central role in shaping the festival’s pillars, visibility and programme, aligning their brand with a values-led event rooted in wellbeing, sustainability and responsible community growth.
We offer structured sponsorship opportunities including Headline Pillar Partner (£15,000) and Supporting Partner (£7,500), alongside carefully curated category exclusivity and tailored packages. Investment directly supports infrastructure, programming, accessibility and professional delivery, while positioning your organisation as a visible and credible champion of regional wellbeing and community leadership.
We work closely with each partner to ensure meaningful integration across the festival experience - from named pillar leadership and curated activations to strategic brand visibility and audience engagement. This is not passive sponsorship; it is purposeful alignment with an event designed for substance, quality and lasting impact.
Exhibit at the Festival
The Wallingford Wellbeing Festival warmly welcomes local health and wellbeing practitioners, independent therapists, community initiatives, support groups and charities to be part of our Community Pop-Up & Exhibitor space.
This is a curated environment designed for meaningful connection, conversation and visibility - not hard selling. Across two full days at The Kinecroft, with 2,500+ expected attendees, exhibitors become part of a shared wellbeing ecosystem rooted in integrity, accessibility and real-life impact.
Spaces are available for local practitioners, small independents, community organisations and charities, with accessible pricing and a rotating Charity Spotlight option. Full details, pricing and inclusions can be found in our Community Pop-Up & Exhibitor Pack.
Advertise in the Wallingford Wellbeing Magazine
The Wallingford Wellbeing Magazine is a quarterly, digital-first publication reaching an engaged and values-driven local and regional audience throughout the year. Created to extend the impact of the Wallingford Wellbeing Festival beyond a single weekend, it delivers practical, relevant content across the eight pillars of wellbeing - positioning advertisers within trusted, editorial-led community conversation.
The magazine provides a high-quality platform for businesses, services and organisations aligned with health, lifestyle, sustainability and community wellbeing. Distributed digitally for free to maximise reach, and supported by a limited festival print edition, it offers consistent visibility, credibility and brand alignment across both digital and in-person audiences.
Advertising opportunities are available across all quarterly digital editions, with optional placement in the festival print issue.
If you are seeking targeted regional exposure within a trusted, curated wellbeing environment, we invite you to request our Advertising Pack.
Volunteer
Volunteers are at the heart of the Wallingford Wellbeing Festival.
From helping set up and welcome visitors, to supporting experiences and keeping things flowing across the weekend, volunteering is a chance to be part of the energy, connection and shared purpose that makes the festival special.
Opportunities are available before, during and after the event, with roles to suit different interests, availability and levels of experience. Whether you can offer a few hours or more sustained support, your time and presence make a real difference.
